We provide reliable and efficient shipping services across all states and union territories in India.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Processing Time: International orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please Note: Bulk orders of more than 100 KG are negotiable but non-refundable unless they fulfill the return policy. For international orders, refunds are not applicable. Kindly send an email to [sales@exbodoz.com] with the subject "discount" to negotiate. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or a refund, which will be credited within 24 hours.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [query@exbodoz.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 24 hours, depending on your bank's policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
